Welcome to Battle Ground Summer Recreation!
We have been providing quality t-ball, softball, and baseball programs for youth in northern Tippecanoe County for more than 30 years.
Our goals include promoting the development of
- Strong family and community values.
- A positive sense of self-worth.
- An appreciation for the role of fair play and a competitive spirit within a democratic society.
- An understanding of the fundamentals, skills, rules, equipment, responsibilities and strategies of youth baseball and softball.

2010 Evaluations
T-ball: No evaluations
Pinto baseball (ages 7 & 8 as of 4/30/2010): Monday, March 8; last name A-K, 5:30-6:30 pm; last name L-Z, 6:30-7:30 pm
Mustang baseball (ages 9 & 10 as of 4/30/2010): Wednesday, March 10; last name A-K, 5:30-6:30 pm; last name L-Z, 6:30-7:30 pm
Softball: Saturday, March 13; Pixie (ages 7 & 8), 9-10:30 am; Cadet (ages 9 & 10), 10:30-noon; Juniors (ages 11 & 12), noon-1:30 pm; Minors (ages 13-15), 1:30-3 pm (all ages as of 12/31/2009)
All evaluations held at Battle Ground Elementary Intermediate School (old middle school). Players should bring a glove and can bring a bat and batting helmet if desired. No cleats, please.

2010 Field Clean-up Day
Please join us for our field clean-up day on Saturday, April 3, from 9 am to noon as we ready our facilities for the 2010 season. Bring rakes, leaf blowers, tarps for hauling leaves, weed eaters, and gloves. Rain date is April 10.
